"I placed an order on 3/19/11 and got only a confirmation of my order. There was no shipping information except that I would get a notice from a separate company(?) with shipping information and a tracking number. I did not receive any shipping/tracking information. I have been calling and emailing as well as sending a fax to 123scuba for days with no response from them whatsoever. The charge is sitting pending on my credit card and is screwing up my credit card useage. So they are holding my money and I don't have my order. I would firmly recommend anyone to NOT order from 123scuba.com."

"I called this online store to ask some questions regarding a product they had listed for sale. The listing didn't have some important specifics that I anyone would need to know before considering this kind of purchase. The person that answered the phone started off with an abrupt "everything should be in the listing", but that was not the case. I asked about technical specs that were not on the listing. The person got a bit snippy, apparently not interested in answering questions. This reseller claims the product they're selling is an "OEM" version used by many reputable name brands. I asked about servicing, repair, and if it is really the same product marketed by several brand names, what brands and model parts were compatible. In response to this, the person answered rudely "It only a $49 part. You won't be able to get parts". At that point, I was very disappointed with this person's attitude, so I said I wouldn't be buying from them. The person called me an "idiot" for asking her the questions I asked. I ended the call at that point. Because of suspect products and rude customer service, I recommend people shop elsewhere for their scuba products."
