"Over a year ago I ordered a set of cartridges for my Canon printer (TS 6020 Model). When I finally got to use them they loaded without a hassle, without skipping a beat, and as the pricing was still excellent, why mess with success? So I simply re-ordered the same set of cartridges, which arrived a day early in excellent condition, and my printer still thinks they're "genuine Canon cartridges" which it thanks me for using - far be it from me to tell it differently!

"I have been a repeat customer with 123Inkjets for about five (5) years. I originally frequented their retail store in Simi Valley before it moved away and have since shopped with them via their on-line store. They are based in Long Beach, CA.
The quality of their compatible inks (for Canon and HP) has been consistently excellent. Their prices are very reasonable in addition to occasional discount sales specials. Their local shipping is lightning fast (usually receive the next day or day after). Their telephone customer service is outstanding.
Why buy high-priced OEM inks when you can experience what I have from 123Inkjets. I almost want to keep this my own little secret. Don't just believe me. Shop around and compare the prices.
Printers are cheap to buy now, but the price of the replacement ink cartridges is the killer. I'm thrilled with 123Inkjets. Try them at least once. Quality compatible ink cartridges at great prices. They also sell OEM ink cartridges at reasonable prices. You'll be happy!!

"I ordered from 123Inkjets and received several cartridges for my HP printer. I opened the first cartridge and the ink poured out of it ruining my clothing and almost ruining my printer. Don't believe the glowing reviews. This is a substandard product and you might get lucky or it might cost you more than you would have paid for a better quality product. "
"If you haven't held your cartridges up to the light before you open the package, I suggest you do. I ordered 6 separate cartridges and they were not all full. Some were barely half full. I had never thought of doing this before. I have been ordering since 2012. I have spent thousands with this company. This last order I was sent a different brand (NP-C-0042). This brand leaks and I had to have my printer serviced years ago because of this, so I only order LD CLI-42. This is what they picture on their website as well. Spoke with Meghan who was not helpful and rude, then passed on to Lissette who claimed to be a manager. Lissette was just as rude and totally disengaged, she refused to give me a refund and would not confirm that they even carry the LD brand. She refused to send me a return shipping label as well. My bank stated that this is fraud and gave me provisional credit. They said to take photos of the product and report to BBB and Attorney Generals Office. Chances are they have been doing this for years to all of their customers. They advertise 100% Satisfaction. However they do everything but. Update: 6/20/2018 Jessica Miller ****@****: (888) 321-2552f: ***-***-**** stated she is the manager of 123inkjets.com . Jessica stated she would refund my order and I did ship it back. I told her the credit card used was linked to a bank account that had been closed. She said she would have a check sent to me. I contacted her after 3 weeks when I didn't receive it. She claims she refunded the card and I need to call the bank and have them decline the refund. I called my bank and they said they cannot do this on an account that does not exist and the merchant has to cancel the transaction. Jessica refused to do so and now will not answer my emails. They have all their inferior product back and I have not received a refund. Please go to consumer reports to read REAL reviews. This company is shady and conducts itself with illegal and fraudulent practices. I now have to file a complaint with the attorney generals office. Jessica Miller....you should be fired and I hope the company is fined on your behalf."
