"Placed an order on 11/27 for 4 snow tires, 1010 Tires failed to mention that they were unable to get the tires through customs. While out of town the tires were shipped back to their warehouse where they refunded the price of the tires and not the shipping. After several calls I was finally able to get refunded the shipping cost of $130. I would ride on the wheels of my car before I would buy tires from this unprofessional organization."

"I was pleasantly surprised how clean and quiet the offline store is at 403 and Dundas right in the middle of winter tire season. Also I was able to talk to the person in the desk with no pressure of getting rid of me to go to the next person in line.
