"I have no fault with the tires, they make an excellent replacement for my current winter tires….the delivery service is ABSOLUTELY BAD!!!…I paid, PAID!!! FOR DELIVERY ‘TO DROP OFF THE TIRES AROUND BACK’, which was indicated under directions. Now they can blame the courier (Loomis), who ended up HANDING IT OFF to another courier (Canpar), whereby I had to go and PICK UP the tires because they didn’t follow the instructions left on the website. 1010 is still on the hook for dealing with these couriers… I’ll update this when I get my refund for delivery, WHICH DIDN’T OCCUR!…"
