"WE ORDERED A CURIO CABINET USING MY CATALOG AND MY MOTHERS CREDIT CARD - SHE GAVE PERMISSION OVER THE PHONE, BUT, THE PERSON TAKING THE ORDER DIDN’T TAKE DOWN INFO. IT WAS FLAGGED BY CREDIT CARD COMPANY AS FRAUD, WE CALLED 38 TIMES TO GET A RETURN LABEL AND SENT THE CABINET BACK. WARDS IS STILL CHARGING US FULL PRICE FOR THE CABINET - SENT IT TO COLLECTIONS FOR AN ITEM WE DO NOT HAVE. DON’T BUY FROM THEM - THEY ARE INCOMPETENT AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE."
