"Bought an item I needed in a pinch and after 6 days of waiting I received the wrong item. Called to get correct item shipped out and took several days to even get a RMA started. After more days of waiting I got no part and was issued a refund for the item. But was refused to get a full refund for the shipping that cost MORE then the item. Totally unfair to be charged the shipment of the wrong item due to their inventory discrepancy. Long dreadful experience trying to get a proper refund. "
