"Ordered part for trailer based on delivery date, was promised Saturday and 1 item of the order arrived. Called Monday to find out where parts was and was promised delivery by Tuesday, did not arrive, didn't arrive by Thursday when I left for my trip. No accommodations, told them to recall package and refund money and they did not. Was waiting to do bearing for trailer and was on hold. Will not use service again.
