"Evaluators and customer services looks like not professional
Evaluators are missed up my doc details such as learning institutions , title of credential, and dates. They didn't see my document's details and they have evaluated my documents wrongly. Customer services are so rude and arogant. I have ordered masters degree ducumeent evaluation but the report details are showing bachelor degrree. They missed up reading details on each dicuments. They respond all my inquiries without cross cheking facts on my documents and rules of the thier company. They are inconsistent. They also lost my document. Customer servants are simply listening themselves not what thier customers are actually saying. I strongly dissatisfied with thier services. I regreted for selecting WES as my credential evaluator."
