"I've placed 5 orders from Temu. Prices are amazing, and often for brand name products without being listed as such. I've had two issues with items. After noting this in the app, I was immediately given refunds. Since the items were both low-cost, I didn't even have to send them back. "

"I placed an order worth several hundred dollars, the order is stuck in Hong Kong PAST the latest delivery date and Temu refuses to refund my money. They have washed their hands of it, with their "Customer Service" saying I have to contact DHL (who also doesn't care). Now, no merchandise less than a week before Christmas and no refund to buy replacement items. Scammers are the worst, but doing this during the Holidays is just criminal."
