"I ordered a whole house filter. the company claims the site shows it takes up to 2 weeks to process because they are special order from warehouse but i still have yet to find that fine print on the site. All i see is that the items ship with in 1-2 business days which apparently for whole house filter is not the case. Package was lost by FedEx which i do not blame the company for. However the company made the process very uncomfortable by drawing out resolution way longer than it had to, they refused to replace the package not due to lack of stock, gave me no option but to do a refund. They kept saying the refund was processed but it was not actually processed til 7 days later after many phone calls. So from 1/24/2024-1/31/2024 it took to get them to even process a refund mind you i wont actually receive the refund til 2/9 because they did not refund in method of original payment they did an electronic check. In order to even get that refund I had to open a case with PayPal to get this accomplished and when that case was opened they sent me a threatening email saying they were going to draw out me getting my refund as long as possible. Please be aware this business has some very shady practices. Seems like a huge lack of transparency and communication as well. "
