"Rent car by Travelocity , they charge my credit card before I get card . I GOT CAR after 6 days AC of the car stop working I return the car to Hertz two days early And asked for refund Hertz said Travelocity they got money they supposed give you credit for two days . I called Travelocity someone over indian answer and said we don't gave you money but we give you coupons I said you need give me credit on my credit card He said that our policy we don't give Dollars back give you coupons.
I don't need coupons I did partial dispute on my credit card . They operate based on India not USA ."
