"Ordered on March 12th but it was after the 2:00 pm cut off time so March 13th. I paid over $40 for overnight shipping so should’ve gotten it March 14th, March 15th at the latest but didn’t receive it until the 18th so 5 days which is regular shipping time. Called to see about a reimbursement for overnight shipping THAT I PAID them for and she says that March 7th through March 14 they were moving wear houses or something like that (I don’t remember exact reason but pretty sure that was excuse) and said that put them getting the order on March 14 and they don’t count weekends so that’s why it came the 18th. The 15th was on a Friday so it could’ve been sent out for overnight Friday because deliveries come on Saturdays but she was just spitting out a bunch of crap. They just expected me to know about them moving the 7th to the 14th. No reimbursement. Never will I ever use them again
