"I just purchased a Ball watch, and the entire transaction experience was great. The customer service folks answered all my questions promptly, they decreased the price slightly when I told them I saw the same watch elsewhere online at lower cost, and they even checked into the customs/duty cost for me (shipping to Canada). After my purchase, they shipped the watch within two days, and it took three days for FedEx to deliver. It was extremely well packaged, and in perfect brand new condition, with all paperwork, as promised. I am very pleased. "
