"I pay for choice plus and have had nearly an order a month damaged due to poor packaging or shipping, but I have now had a reshipment damaged with no contact until you realize your package didn't arrive yet. This last one was an order for a big festival purchased 2 weeks in advance., just to find out that I won't be receiving anything in time, despite the fact that I ordered so far in advance, knowing how unreliable the shipping here is, with no resolution or help to ensure anything is made right. Just offered another reshipment or refund. "
