"I had a custom dress made and the email exchange shows they agreed to everything. The dress that came was completely different. They make the dress they want that is easier and cheaper and do not make the dress you want. It is absolutely the worst customer service. Also, they use a translator app since all the representatives speak Chinese so there is a lot of miscommunication due to the translation. "
