"I have used Tenorshare software fro Android and IOS several times and have not had much success with it . The last two times I paid for five devices, I did two out of ten, and it told me that I did five when I had only successfully done two. Then they told me if I wrote a five star review, they would give me five more devices. Out of that five I did none and all of a sudden it said I did five. The unlock screen password on Android is a total scam because all it does is give you instructions to Factory Reset the device. These instructions you can get anywhere for free. SO as soon as you follow one instruction with the phone plugged into your computer, it counts that as one device, even if it does not do what they promise it to do. They will not refund my money three times over now . SO my advice is do not waste your time with them. Nothing is permanent and the software just rips yu off."
