"My card was declined. After fixing it on my end and completing the order, I got an automated email the next morning saying my order couldn't be completed and to contact the sales team by email "within 24 hours to confirm the order details." I did so, and they got back to me 3 days later, after the weekend. I'd emailed friday morning. The email monday said "Unfortunately this order has been flagged as possible fraud by our payment processor and we are unable to complete this transaction." I emailed back asking what I needed to do, and if I should try to order it again. It's been 4 days and I haven't heard anything back since.
From my perspective, it's annoying to have heard nothing back when I did everything that was asked of me. I understand that from their end it's probably best to avoid business from someone whose order was flagged as fraudulent. Ghosting me is probably the best business decision from their perspective. I should have given up and ordered somewhere else on day 2.
Additionally, I get that by having the lowest prices, there's not enough profit margin to have quality customer support, so I do accept responsibility for shopping by price, but I'd like to post my experience for any future customers."
