"To the lady with the red bob at the front desk, you are a delightful person. I have not enjoyed my experience with this school. This is my sons third school (per my choice, has nothing to do with behavior) and I wish they could spend more time giving care to my son (I asked for more frequent changes after he came home with the worst diaper rash I had ever seen (it looked like a second degree burn, do not google that if you are unaware) and they were unwilling to apologize or compromise, simply told me that I needed to bring in diaper rash cream for him-> this has never been an issue at other schools in my experience fyi). Communication is ambiguious and when I asked for face to face communications I was told that was not realistic beacause that's not what all the parents want at this school. 4/10 do not personally recommend. At this point we're looking for a nanny so take that as you will."
