"They were very helpful and answered all questions in a very timely manor. All parts were correct and very well made. We repaired 9 windows to perfect working order after we were told by another window company who said they were not fixable and would only do replacement windows. A savings of almost $8000.00. I will use this company again. "

"I order the incorrect lock for my sliding door. I call them and they suggested another lock and gave me the return information. I received the new lock and it worked perfectly. Then I got an email saying I return the wrong lock and they will not refund my money. I told them I would send them the broken lock also to prove they were mistaken. They will not accept these terms. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE"
