"So the dealer was not the most helpful in getting me what I needed. Their site for ordering parts is not intuitive (or does not even really exist). That goes for Subaru overall who pushes your to the dealer. Car buying experience was great but getting parts has never been. This Subaru OEM site is amazing. The prices are less than the dealer, but I would add check the postage. It's hefty BUT I would add still came out with a savings AND it comes right to my door. Cannot beat that."

"Received the wrong part twice, and with very poor communication from the seller. Sent multiple emails regarding the wrong part and no response. After almost 3 weeks now for a $3.00 part! Absolutely ridiculous. "
