"My experience with this company was honestly super smooth. I needed a nice Macbook for college and bought one from then and it came in perfect condition. The packaging was nice and supportive and the laptop works great! I've purchased a couple parts from them before to build a PC and overall the experience was super smooth."

"Ordered 6 sticks of RAM on 7 June, and package arrived on 13 June with no contents. The envelope was open with a receipt inside, but no adhesive on the flap, and no product. I tried to file a claim with Paypal and they denied the claim saying the package was scanned as delivered, so that proves I got what I ordered. I call nonsense on this logic as there was no evidence anything was even put inside the package. If they would have taped it closed to help secure the package, then there would have been evidence the package was torn open to remove the contents. I will never do business with this company and I suggest everyone else look elsewhere for their electronics. Good Luck."
