"Yao was a very good salesman. He was polite and very persistent in looking for my wife the Toyota she wanted in the color and style she preferred. Also I mentioned a problem I had with a vehicle (Toyota Tundra) I had purchased from another dealer that I was having issues with. He got to the root of the problem and I believe he has helped me solve the issue I was having with my truck. Also the service manager at Serra Toyota was instrumental in finding the fix.He was very understanding of family issues we had going on and work around them to help get us our new vehicle. I would recommend Serra Toyota to anyone in the market for a vehicle. "
