"First book had been shipped within an acceptable time. Second (very expensive) bundle was supposed to be shipped in December 2023. Have been ordering it in October 2023. so far so good. No shipping in December, January or yet in February 2924. And NO notice about when shipping can be expected. And NO reaction on several request via their website contact link ! This is truely the worst communication I ever experienced so far. "
