"I'm a DIY guy so I called first with some questions I had. I got all my questions answered, told them I was gonna order online so I could use PayPal, he checked the inventory to make sure everything was in and gave me some recommendations on floats. Shipping was free and it arrived next day. Price was also great! "

"I received an e-mail telling me my pump order was processing. No othet word for weeks. I finally called and had them track the order and found it was to arrive the next day. It would have been nice to have an E-mail when my order shipped. The product was great and works great. No complaints there."
