"Dropped my truck off for some recall work that was estimated to take the majority of the day. Around 4pm that day I decided to try and contact my service rep to get a status update, to see if the work had been completed or when I could come back to pick up the truck. I was unable to reach my service rep so I called the main service line but was unable to speak to anyone after four attempts. By this point I knew the service department was about to close so I was left to wait till the following morning to get an update. Upon calling the next day, I was able to reach a service staff member who informed me my truck was completed the day before and was ready for pick up. With all the auto emails and texts that I get when I check-in, you'd think they could automate the part that lets you know when your vehicle is ready for pick up."
