"I'll bring the reviews a little closer to the current date. Oct 4, 2023.
We purchased a Performance Machine front brake caliper (left side) on Sunday, Sept 10, 2023. For $538.63.
Thinking all was good (my bad) I ignored the confirmation email in which they told me they were shipping the RIGHT hand caliper we ordered!!!
Not getting a tracking number, we immediately (Tuesday morning) tried to contact Powersports because the site had still not given us the tracking number. We phoned the minute the site said they opened, twice, (have the records) both times we heard "all our operators... THEY JUST OPENED!!! (BS) We sent an email/text with no response,
ALL THIS WHILE THE SITE SAID IT HAD NOT BEEN SHIPPED!!!
Low & behold, less than 10 minutes goes by & we get a tracking number & congratulations, it's on its way... THEN a return phone call explaining how they can't stop the shipment, they don't accept returns, there will be a restocking fee, WHICH THEIR RETURN POLICY SAYS "N O T H I N G" ABOUT!!!
$41 in taxes, WHICH THEY DID NOT REFUND, JUST 20 PERCENT RESTOCKING FEE OFF THE TOTAL BILL, BECAUSE THEY RECEIVED IT IN DAMAGED CONDITION!!! THE F*ING PACKAGE WAS ORIGINALLY DATED 2014 FROM PERFORMANCE MACHINE, BUT I OWED THEM 20% BECAUSE THE PLASTIC WAS TORN, NOT THAT THE CALPER WAS DAMAGED, THE PLASTIC WAS TORN!!!
MORE BS!!!
Lots of lipsevice without merit.
AVOID THIS "POS" COMPANY AS FAR AS YOU CAN!!!
I PRAY you'll see this before you order ANYTHING from this DISGUSTING EXCUSE FOR A SUPPLIER!!!
