"I ordered a brake kit and the parts that arrived did not fit my vehicle. I contacted customer service, they created a ticket and told me someone would follow up with me in 24-36 business hrs. I sent an email to follow up after 48 hrs and nobody responded.
It has now been 4 business days and still no response."
