PaceButler is a SCAM. Do not send devices to them.

"What a scam PaceButler is! Do yourself a favor and save some headaches, don’t send anything to PaceButler. PaceButler will come up with all types of excuses to not pay you. You will have to remind them that you sent devices. They will postpone paying as long as possible. I had to send many follow up emails, even though they stated they would get back to me. I often sell old devices when upgrading company devices. I was always given better pricing from other companies that I usually go through, and others pay what they state they will pay. I told PaceButler that I have better pricing and I was told that the owner of PaceButler gave ‘special’ permission to match. I decided to go with them, however my gut told me not to. I wanted to give them a try. What a mistake. I should only have sent about 25 phones not over 200 to see what they would do with them. All iPhones were charged and removed from our systems. I physically handled all these devices and damaged devices were not sent. PaceButler came up with all types of excuses to not pay on devices. Reducing the ‘special pricing’ that I was given to almost zero dollars on most of the devices. Housing-Bent, Housing-Scratched, LCD-Screen Burn, LCD-Burned, Bad Battery, Broken Glass, ESN-Lost or Stolen, were a few of the excuses used. Remember I charged each device, powered on, and removed all from Apple Business Manager and our Mobile Device Management, cleaned each one and packed each device well from damage as I normally do. No other company I have sent to has ever told me that I sent broken devices, bad batteries, nor LCD-screen burned. Do yourself a favor and do not deal with PaceButler. PaceButler constantly bugged me for devices for years. Amazingly once I sent over 200 devices to them, all communication stopped for weeks. I ended up contacting them to find out what the status was. An email came back with thousands of dollars removed as they stated many were damaged or not working as described above. My company now has been scammed out of thousands of dollars, and they will not return any devices including the many they deemed zero dollars. I would recommend not using PaceButler at all. The only positive reviews I saw were made from PaceButler employees. Don’t be scammed out of money like I was, use someone else to sell your old devices too!"
