BEWARE OF THIS SELLER. I purchased a $4,000 television and they UPS 2-Day air'ed me a PIECE OF PAPER saying that the shipment will be sent separately. However, they put that tracking number as my order tracking, so in Amazon's system, it shows delivered and the order as complete. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. I called their customer service and the guy answered the phone like he's in his living room. He barely speaks English and starts on some story that the TV was damaged, so I was sent an invoice instead.
UPDATE: Just got off the phone with Prashant, he contacted me about the actual shipment and cancelation of my order. He sent me evidence of the refund. Once I confirm the order is refunded in full and the funds hit my account, I will edit this review. He also acknowledged that the other employee telling me the TV was damaged was not truthful. "
