"I have taught for 32 years and the only staplers/fasteners that I use is Arrow. I own 7 fasteners
(2HD LG/2MD/3SM) all purchased at Lowe's. The 16ft section has all of the fasteners with the corresponding staples. The merchandising makes it very easy to purchase additional equipment."

"Awful customer service from Lowe's Garland store! Because of the Supervisor (Preston)-(He, himself not aware of the return policy), I have lost pretty good amount of money and a bad attitude from their side as if I got it all for free. And their corporate are more hopeless, they don't even know how to find a solution for their blunder! Guys, Please save yourselves from Lowes. This is the reason why, they are losing their business! You got Home Depot! This would be our last purchase from this store and even from our whole extended family/community!"
