"I saw a few negative reviews that were more recent posted, and it made me a bit skeptical to purchase, but, I bit the bullet and did anyways, as they had thousands of positive reviews, (I mean, Amazon even has negative reviews,) but, I ordered my bumper on a Saturday, and it was here by Thursday afternoon. It fits my car, so it's not the wrong size or order. Anyways, just figured I'd leave a review to give the company the credit they deserve on my end, as they saved me 100-200 bucks, depending on other websites, and also may help the next customer make their decision. Peace out now everyone. "

"Ordered lower front bumper cover for RAV4 2 weeks ago. Shipping label confirmed but still has not been sent to FedEx! Have sent two emails and requested contact phone number. I see now that I am far from the only one with this problem. Unfortunately JP Auto is the only place where I could find the part I need so I have to hang in there a while longer. Even if they deliver I am very unhappy with the service and I won't shop with them again."
