"I had a little panic when I saw the rug was being shipped from the states and that there was a hefty return fee if I didn’t think it was suitable. However, despite the distance, it was delivered pretty quickly and I was very happy with it. I feel like the fringing cheapens the rug a bit but other than that I love it. It fits perfect in my living room and the colour scheme matched perfectly. It’s also lovely and soft under foot. Arrived well wrapped up in a roll. "

"Totally shocking rip off site do not buy from here,waited two weeks for a rug that came and was wrong nightmare to contact then they don't answer properly. I'm still waiting for answers and refund and I'm stuck with a vile rug that's no good. Do not buy from these. Seeking advice from citizens advice."
