Helix Suspension
"Ordered a set of coil overs for mustang II suspension. Called the tech line and asked questions on rebound and extension of shock length. I was answered by a young man that seemed to have more important things to do and just said they will work. Received them and the spring rate is 450lbs, to much for my car. I called them to see if they can exchange for another set that are lower, 300-350. Was told that they have nothing lighter. I should call QA1 and get a set from them. I ended up buying a 375 lb set from speedway that are made by QA1. I can't return springs because I bought as a kit. Can't return kit because I threw the packaging away. I should of purchased from QA1 to start and I would of been money ahead. I'm into the Helix kit more than if I went with QA1. Sorry I chose them. I'm not impressed with the duo they have working the customer service, it's like talking to a couple of teenagers. "
