"I should have followed my gut and avoided this organization. I ordered some parts via their website and paid via Credit Card. I received no email receipt or acknowledgement of the order. I called them and sent email to ask about the order. I was told twice that the order was fine. Soon after I was told that the order was delayed as it was coming from a "different" warehouse. Today after more than a week I called and was informed that they were trying to get ahold of me, blah blah blah but the order was cancelled and refunded. I received zero notifications about any of this. The order was cancelled because they never had the parts, but they have charged me but insist that they haven't. I now am forced to open a case with my CC company for a refund.
As far as I'm concerned this is not a legitimate company. They are faking orders and charging people dishonestly and illegally. Not for nothing, you can call them on the phone but you will understand little that they are saying.
