"I’ll just keep this short & sweet, for anyone wondering if this is a trusted website it is, indeed a very horrible one. I wrote to the company through email how I would like to exchange this for something that actually works or be refunded. Never got any replies back. Never even knew it didn’t work until after Christmas due to it being a Christmas gift. It didn’t come with a charger so once I was able to charge it I noticed my child’s ds buttons do not work at all for any games, it also came with a chewed up stylist. Absolutely. Disgusting. Who sells a game system that doesn’t even work?? How & why? Only a terrible company in it for the money only would re sell this. If you’re looking for any game system for your child that works correctly & doesn’t come with chewed on accessories, do not shop here!! Take your money somewhere else it’ll be worth it!!! "
