"Was not told of signature reqd before delivery being left at house ,when i purchased online.. delivery was taken back to fed ex holding building and i missed my deadline to have project finished because no one was home to sign for WEATHERSTRIPPING to be left at my front door.Then they told me they would not contact fed ex to just re deliver and drop at door,i could wait til it was returned to them in another week or so,and they would give me a credit ,minus 35%restocking fee and i could re order asking for special shipping instructions then!!!!!!!!!!! Very rude customer service
