"Unbelievably poor experience. Still no delivery and no response from florist.com for flowers I ordered my mom for mother's day! I'm out of the country and set them for delivery Saturday with a FIVE DAY period to which they could have arrived Wed-Sunday. They never arrived. The site is now showing the chat down and support closed. THIS SITE IS A SCAM. I'll be reporting fraud to my bank and contacting the BBB and police. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I wish I knew better at the time but it appears a lot of us got screwed these past couple days."
