"I have purchased a couple of items from this place. April 2024 i purchased 2 items totaling $661.09. They didnt fit. I read their crappy rules should figured something was shady and ratchet. Taking advantage of women who attend church. I received items Tuesday, they received by Thursday. I left a voice mail and a written letter (i kept a copy). Told them i needed a larger size and to hold them, so i can switch off. Apparently they Didnt read the note because they were money hungry. I talked to a man one time and left 5 voice mails. Nothing. I sent a list of 6 outfits in my size to switch out. Nothing. Nothing. This went on for several weeks. I am on a payment plan to pay them. They received one payment and expect me to pay four hundred dollars for something i didn't receive. I filed a complaint with the attorney general, the BBB ( not a member) and a small claim court. They take advantage of older women if their is a problem. Don't patronize don't care race. They only see the money and will not work with older women. Times are hard and they think people have money to throw away. Be cautious m"
