"Great customer service, fast delivery, outstanding responsiveness. I ordered a Ultegra Di2 12 speed system. When I had issues with one of the cables they sent a second immediately, no questions asked. The issue turned out to be me, so I'm returning the cable. They were very easy to work with and answered questions promptly and throughly."
