"The lower dishrack in our Kenmore Ultra Wash Dishwasher, Model 335.13834K601, purchased in 2007, was rusting because the plastic coating was deteriorating. I ordered item EAP10057160 - Lower Dishrack to replace it. It was gray rather than white, but was the same size and configuration. I transferred and reused the utensil basket, fold-down tines and rollers from the old rack to the new one. The gauge of the tines and the coating appear to be somewhat better than the original. This was the best price I found. Delivery was prompt. Thanks."

"I have emailed you 3 times with no response. I found the stand (feet) to our TV the day my order came in. I have NOT been able to get a reply on how to send your product back. I emailed you again today. I don't spend many hours at our computer, therefore I have been checking to see if you replied. Can I please send this back and get a refund???
I'm still waiting for instructions of sending back the item. I have sent you the numbers you ask for. Still NO INSTRUCTIONS for sending back. I have also tried calling the number you sent me. No answer. A machine. What is the problem??????"
