"I ordered a knife and the shipper sent the wrong knife. The item number was correct on the form but the knife sent was one digit off. Not a problem, a Shipping label was sent and the correct knife was sent. There was an issue with the knife spring so I returned the item, and money refunded with no issues. I see no problem with the customer service. Read the details and you will have no problem. "
