"UPDATE 8/2/2023 PLANET DJ IS NOW CHARGING ME FOR RETURN SHIPPING, INITIAL SHIPPING AND RESTOCKING FEE FOR A DEFECTIVE ITEM THEY SENT ME!!! All is good until you have a return DO NOT EVER PURCHASE THE DENON LIVE 4 ODYSSEY CASE AS ITS UNSAFE AND DOESNT FIT THE CONTROLLER IT WAS ORDERED FOR, the case is such a bad design that it could damage your controller instead of protecting it, trying to return the item the same day I received it has now turned into a months long debacle. 20 years of purchasing odyssey cases has come to a screeching halt after this ( still stuck with the case as planet dj and odyssey go back and forward playing the blame game) BUYER BEWARE STAY AWAY FROM PLANET DJ AS THEYRE HAPPY TO TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT WILL DO NOTHING TO CORRECT AN ISSUE THAT IS NOT THE BUYERS FAULT!"
