"I called the customer service number and spoke with Debra about my order and where it was. She looked up my order and explained to me that since it was a laptop battery, they come directly for the manufacturer overseas. It had been over 2 weeks since I placed the order and I was a little concerned about it. She said that once the shipment goes through customs and is cleared, the USPS tracking number becomes active and at that point, becomes trackable.
So far everything has gone according to what I expected and I feel that Cut Rate Batteries has done a great job in keeping up to date to the best of their ability."
