Dreadful after sales service. LG laptop keyboard failed after 18 months. Agreed to replace within 7 days free of charge under Consumer Rights Act. Failed to do so because LG spares not available. Shunted round 4 departments, all blaming the other. There is no customer complaints department and the email address for customer services generates an automatic response saying the address is no longer in use! Contacted LG direct and they could not advise on spare parts suggesting I go to an LG Service centre. Inputting a London Post code LG advised ther are no LG service centres in London! Do not buy LG products and do not buy from Curry's"
