"I have been buying from Cheaper Than Dirt for several years now and I have never had a problem, delay, or the wrong materiel. In fact, I just placed an order on the 10th of Oct and received it today (12 Oct) . You can't beat the price or the customer service.

"I took advantage of a fantastic deal at the start of December 2023. Instead of getting what I ordered a different size and manufacture of ammo was sent instead. It took 1.5 weeks to get a customer service rep who had a very matter-of-fact and uncaring attitude. I was RMA's a label and sent the wrong ammo back. No word from customer service except it was received. I contacted customer service to see if the correct ammo was being shipped? I was informed it was out of stock and I was issued a refund to my card. After 9 days no refund on my card. Called Customer Service and was informed the credit was just made. We will see! This is the 3rd order this year that has been incorrect then, the original product is out of stock. I think this is just a big bate and switch to get your money for a bit. There are better more reliable and friendly online vendors."
