"It’s been a good experience overall. The assistant director/front office has a bit rude when I had questions one day. I waited until spoken to so I didn’t interrupt and they still treated me as if I was a huge annoyance. I only have one other issue with a sub-teacher. My child’s normal teacher is amazing but there’s a sub if she’s out or on break and I’ve seen that teacher treat a kid pretty abruptly that left a bad impression. The same teacher also left my child’s belonging like a cup and coat in the room he starts out in, in the morning before they move to the next room, then the children went outside to play that day and my child did not have a coat on. My child told me how cold they were. I didn’t love that."
