"Purchased a sonic remote online. Recieved in the post a universal remote which does not work on sonic tvs. I have tried calling multiple times and left many messages.
Have sent many many emails and requests through the contact us page. Never Recieved a response.
Just after the right remote to be sent. Very disappointed."
