"About two months ago I got serious about upgrading from my 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe. I liked it, but it lacked all newer safety features. I asked to my mechanic about pre owned SUVs and he immediately suggested I go to AutoLenders. At my first visit with Ross Kauffman, I made it clear that I was shopping, not exactly sure of what I wanted beyond a hybrid, or what it might cost, and not larger than my Santa Fe. He was professional, most helpful, no pressure, as we looked online at various options, realistic pricing and mileage considerations. He also mentioned that what I see today might not be there tomorrow. We were in touch over the next few weeks. Still no pressure. I liked the Toyota Rav4 hybrid, but also learned about plug-in hybrids (PHEV) an even better option for my needs. Hyundai has a Sant Fe PHEV, there was an attractive, affordable, low mileage 2022 on the Princeton lot, so it was decision time. Making sure my very petite daughter was comfortable in the passenger seat, I met with Ross for a serious discussion. He described the SUV, safety features as well as all the bells and whistles with the Limited trim, and said I could drive it home that very day! I hadn’t bought a car in twelve years and I dreaded any negotiations where I might feel I could have done better. Ross said the price listed online is the price, very straightforward and still no pressure. We discussed trade in value of my Sant Fe, down payment, warranty and financing. The transaction was complete in a matter of hours! I’m really enjoying my new SUV, around town as an EV and on a long weekend in Vermont in hybrid mode. Ross has been most helpful with minor issues after purchase, and I am very satisfied with the entire experience! I have already recommended Ross and AutoLenders to several friends, and should I ever need another car I will definitely be back.
