"First, the website initally recommended the wrong part, so when I typed in the VIN it said that it woudl not work. Then I called and was on hold for a long time before talking to someone. Then the employee gave me the correct part number but when I asked him to wait until I typed it in to confirm it would work, and he hung up. Not exactly a customer friendly experience."
