"Had some trouble with the return process (they said the vin number I have, showed that I have a manual transmission, when I actually have an auto), but after going back and forth alot, and providing proof, they decided to give me a full refund, without returning the part, because of the hassle. Overall, I'd recommend giving them a shot. I appreciate the honesty and the very nice gesture after what had happened."

"Ordered parts for one of my trucks double orderd a part sent 1a a email and they sent a tracking order thru ups. Great sent the parts back a little over two weeks ago and have yet to receive a refund. Other than that I’ve had good luck with them. If they make it right I’m sure I’ll continue using them "
